When coming to the process how jasmine tea leaves are taken, it is said that jasmine teas are technically oolongs (Chinese tea leaves that have been partially fermented before being dried).
They are prepared by mixing the touchy flowers of the night-blooming jasmine with tea each evening. In nights, the blossoms open and tincture the tea with their sweet fragrance.
